Thryn Young is the founder of Talent With Heart, a boutique recruiting practice built on more than two decades of talent acquisition experience spanning Fortune 500 enterprises, high-growth startups, and specialized consulting engagements.

Holding a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Thryn combines data-driven selection strategies with the relationship-building skills that come from years of advising executives, hiring leaders, and candidates alike.
