The Process

  • We begin with a free, no-pressure chat to feel into whether this journey is aligned for you. You can ask questions, share what’s on your heart and see if the energy is right.

  • If we move forward, you’ll share more about where you are, what you’re longing for, and where you feel stuck. This helps me intuitively design practices and support tailored just for you.

  • We’ll meet once a week for 3 months (12 sessions total), combining energy work, intuitive coaching, and grounded spiritual tools to support your transformation.

  • You’ll also have voice + text access on Voxer between calls, so you never have to hold it all alone. I’ll be right here to reflect, support, and walk with you.
