Grief can feel isolating, confusing, and overwhelming — especially when the world expects you to “move on” before you’re ready. There is no “right” way to grieve, and no timeline to follow. Grief is not something to fix — it’s something to be gently witnessed, honored, and supported.
This is a space where your experience is honored exactly as it is.
Through one-on-one mentoring, I offer a calm, compassionate space to process loss, emotions, and transitions — allowing healing to unfold at your own pace.
My Approach
As an Ordained Minister and Reiki Master, my approach weaves emotional support, spiritual grounding, and gentle energy healing into each session. Our work together is intuitive, respectful, and deeply human — rooted in listening, presence, and care.
There is no pressure to explain yourself, no expectation to be “strong,” and no need to know what you’re seeking. We move slowly, intentionally, and with deep respect for your unique journey.
