Hi, I’m Thryn Young.

I see you in your quiet strength, in those moments when you're giving everything to everyone else while a voice inside whispers that there must be another way. I understand because I've walked this path too – feeling the weight of others' expectations while your own dreams waited patiently in the shadows.

In this time of unprecedented change and chaos in our world, I've noticed how many of us who are natural caregivers and empaths have become even more depleted. We've taken on not just the needs of our loved ones, but the collective pain we sense all around us. You might feel this deeply – the urge to heal everyone else while postponing your own healing.

But here's what I've learned through my own journey of trauma and transformation: your sensitivity isn't a weakness to overcome – it's a gift waiting to be fully embodied. When we learn to honor our boundaries and reclaim our power, that same depth of feeling that once left us overwhelmed becomes our greatest strength.

I'm a spiritual guide and energy practitioner devoted to helping powerful women reconnect with their light. After years of people-pleasing, trauma, and spiritual awakening, I’ve learned how to live in alignment with my soul - and now I walk with others as they do the same.

I serve women who feel stuck, burnt out, or unsure of who they truly are. Those navigating heartbreak, big life shifts, CPTSD, or spiritual awakening - women who have dimmed their light for others and are ready to reclaim their truth with compassion and clarity.

Sacred support for soul-led living.

Through one-on-one sessions, energy alignments, intuitive practices, and weekly soul support, I help you clear what no longer serves you and reconnect with your divine self. My work blends meditation, somatic tools, human design, guided energy medicine, and more - all channeled with love, clarity, and deep presence.

I want to be a sister for women navigating life changes.

I often didn't feel like I had anyone I could talk to about what I was feeling and going through or felt that anyone could give me advice because they haven't been there and walked a road like mine. My soul's desire is to be a confidant and cheerleader while sharing divine energy practices to assist you on your journey.

WHY I DO IT

Once upon a time, when I was grappling with severe CPTSD and stuck in ruminating thoughts and emotions of the trauma I had just experienced, I was talking to someone very close to me and they said, “I hope you get over it and move on.” That was it.

I know it came from a place of love for this person but hearing “just get over” it was not helpful in that moment!

No directions on how, no offer of additional support other than they wanted me to get over it and get back to being me. However, after the trauma I endured, that me was forever changed. I knew going back to that prior version of me would only end up in a similar abusive situation and relationship. I also knew that the victimized version of me wasn't where I wanted to live either.

So, I began the path of creating a new me, slowly, one step at a time. Because of this "advice" to get over it wasn't what I needed I didn't ask that person for more time together. Instead I spent time with myself.

I learned how to stop the never ending cycles in my mind, let go of the resentment and pain, forgive myself and others that hurt me and replace fear of more pain with a deep level of trust in my path, my soul’s mission. It is a challenging journey to do on your own but you can do it. The good news is you don't have to do it alone. I am here to share what I learned and help others on their journey of living the life they desire and deserve. I am here for you. I believe in you now and will continue until you believe in yourself!

My Background:
From Survival to Soul-Alignment

✧ I have been actively healing myself and others for the last 7 years

✧ I am an Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki Master

✧ I am a Certified Guided Energy Practitioner, a shamanic, guided energy medicine practitioner certified by Sacred Oak Academy

Before stepping fully into this healing work, I spent years in human resources and recruiting - a career rooted in listening, understanding and seeing the potential in others.

While I didn’t realize it at the time, I was already holding space for people’s growth, transitions and truth.

That experience taught me how to meet people where they are, honor their unique path, and guide them with compassion.

Now, I bring those same gifts into my spiritual practice - only this time, I’m helping women realign with their soul’s purpose.
